To order the USADA Athlete Handbook and wallet card list from the United States Anti-Doping agency call 866-601-2632 or 719-785-2000. The drug test for the Sin City Pose Down is OPTIONAL. The test must be taken by Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 in order to have results in time. Make a $70 check payable to: Michigan Physique and mail it to The BodyBuilding Guild. Send it to the address on 'contact us' page. You will receive forms to take the test in your home town. Call 248-354-5841 for detailed information.
