We are an International Body Building Organization for athletes, judges, photographers, and anyone with a real interest in physique and the art of body building. In general, we follow the AAU rules for physique competition.

Additionally, we are in the Partner Program for the Cologne Gay Games VIII, held in summer 2010. We are looking forward to seeing many of you at the Games!
